Coach Stacy is an experienced Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor who structures workouts to fit multiple levels, beginners to more advanced. Any abilities can join in, with doctor approval first. Together, we will workout to get stronger, healthier and more balanced.

Thank you, Stacy. Love your range of workouts. I live in Scotland, have rheumatoid arthritis so do your workouts in the therapy pool I have - limited space but quite adequate. There are some exercises I struggle with but have learned to adapt them to what I can do. Thanks so much for the effort you put in. Hugely appreciated. 😊

I did my first self guided pool workout tonight and this was great! I felt like a limp noodle afterwards. I haven't felt like that in years! I felt stretches in parts of my body that was desperately needed. Thank you! I think this will be a staple on the days I don't have the group pool classes.

Hi Stacy - just found your workouts about 8 weeks ago. I just love them all! At 66 years young I feel they are so much easier on my joints than the typical tabata, cardio, and circuit workouts I’ve always done. I’m really going to miss working out in our pool with you when the weather gets cold! Thanks so much for providing these for all of us!

How many times a week do you workout, Stacy?
It would be fabulous if you would add alternate exercises for deepwater for those of us who can’t do the impact in the shallow

Your 20 min no equip for legs, abs, and glutes is now my favorite of all your options because it was intense cardio but I also feel various muscles groups that have been worked hard. Thank you for providing great water workouts to help us help ourselves

Great workout. I liked all the variety of all the exercises. I have a hard time keeping the buoys under my arm so I use my noodle sometimes or keep the buoys in my hands but I love the whole set of exercises.
Yes, changing up the placement to suit you is the best option, always. 👍🏼
